Tibetan envoy says China told to free Tibetan prisoners

 AFP - China was told to release Tibetan prisoners and end 'reeducation' during weekend talks in Shenzhen over deadly unrest in the Tibetan capital Lhasa, a Dalai Lama envoy said Thursday.
